Check In Time: The room is guaranteed to be ready by 4 PM. A complimentary early check can be granted as early as 1 pm if we have a vacant and clean available room.
Credit Card Policy: A valid major credit card (Visa, MC, Amex or Discover) must be presented at check in. The card must be accompanied by a valid government issued photo ID. Upon check-in your credit card will be authorized for the approximate room & tax for your entire stay plus $100. Guests wishing to pay cash are welcome to do so upon check out; after which the credit authorization is released. The release of the authorization is normally effective with 1-5 business days depending on your financial institution. Sorry no prepaid/reloadable cards are allowed.

Pets: Pets are allowed in specific pet friendly rooms. The nightly pet fee is $50 per pet with a max of 2 pets per room. Please make your reservation directly with the hotel to ensure a pet friendly room.
No pets are allowed in the standard rooms.
Smoking Policy: We are a non-smoking property; 100 % of our rooms are non-smoking. We do offer specially designated patio areas for our smoking guests. Smoking outside your room is not permitted out of consideration for other guests.
Child & Extra Person Fees: There is no per person fee we do however limit the number of people allowed in the room based on the fire code. A room with 1 bed allows for 2 people and a room with 2 beds 4 people.
No Shows, Cancellations and Prepayment: Please refer to your rate type for your specific cancellation policy. Our Prepaid Rates are non-cancellable and non-refundable. These rates offer a greater discount in exchange for a non-cancelable policy. These rates are normally billed for the full amount of the stay; which includes room & tax at the time of booking. (A valid credit card is still required at check in.) Standard rates and reservations must be cancelled 72 hours before arrival to avoid a penalty of 1 nights room and tax.
